Some may have questioned your wisdom in constructing such a large romper room but I agree with you. If you ever decide to sell, you can always add walls.

In the interim, build it like you want. It is yours and fix it so it suits you.

Enjoy the experience. I had my home custom built 19 years ago this coming September and I enjoyed the experience.
