The Pecan Pie is my absolute favorite Costco Bakery Product. It is as big as the Apple-Carmel or Berry. That makes it a 12 or 13 inch diameter As Sandy says they use Pecan halves not just pieces and chunks for the top layer. It is a thick(deep-dish)pie like the Apple…no 1/2 inch including crust on these guys. It’s been a couple of years since we’ve had access to one of these beauties…but they were only $8.99 then.[:p][8D]
