Yes sir, fried crisp and eaten with butter and Karo dark syrup. Yes, I am Pennsylvania Dutch (German American) and I also eat scrapple, but such things are very hard to find out here in the West!
Mush is one of the easiest things to make – just follow the instructions on most corn meal packages, pour the cooked corn meal into some sort of a mold (a glass pyrex bowl works fine), let cool, refrigerate overnight, and slice thin and flour before frying.
