I make a desert using just a few ingredients and my Foreman grill. I take 2 teaspoons of rum, some cinnamon, and a tsp or two of honey and mix. Then I cut bananas in half lengthwise and grill on the Foreman grill. Flip the bananas and then coat them in the honey-rum glaze. Serve over ice cream while the bananas are still hot enough to melt the ice cream. Yum!
