Vodka/Tomato Sauces are a long time staple sauce in this neck of the woods. In fact one fairly local italian products company, Gia Russa manufactures a fairly decent Vodka/Tomato Spaghetti sauce that is availiable in most groceries in this area. (Giant Eagle, Krogers, Shop n Save, Bi Lo, Foodland, KMART) Also, I use beer as the soaking liquid for any dried bean I fix. The flavor is wonderful and surprisingly…….works better than any Beano like product for reducing the uhmmmmmm aromatic side effects of the wonderful bean.
(Beans, beans, the wonderful fruit, the more you eat the more you toot)[:)]
