Ketteract – Not sure, as we have never had these particular grinders before. There is a posting on yelp of what appears to be a Genoa grinder and it looks similar sized. Perhaps depending on the meat there are varying “stuffed” levels? Tim still proclaimed it fabulous, and thought more genoa would just overwhelm the sandwich. The ribeye is a Saturday only special, I thought it had just the right amount for the sandwich, but have no prior history for comparison. The Genoa was 1lb 14 oz, and the ribeye 1 1/2 lbs so both were certainly substantial!
