I remember questioning the mayo addition, when you tried D’elia’s that first time. You said then what you just now wrote. You like it and you always order the mayo in addition to the oil. I also suggested going back and ordering a salami grinder without the mayo–just to see if you really would like it, too. I don’t remember ever seeing a return trip to D’elia’s to try that out, but then there are so many grinders and so little time! And pizza, too. D’elia’s also sells their bread, since it is a bakery and restaurant with just a few booths.

It has been fun driving all over CT with you and exploring with you. Lots of ‘food for thought’!!
