A great Ct Grinder is always about the bread. Every thought with every bite s/b ” The meats are great the peppers and Italian veggies are crisp and the bread is wonderful”. Each grinder roll should stand up to the meats, cheese and toppings. A great grinder is all about balance, the art of the sandwich, the knowledge of what makes this a masterpiece. Almost all other states around the country don’t take the bread as the biggest part of the sandwich. Ct knows how important it is to start off with a quality roll. Then layer the right amount of meats and Italian veggies and the end result will be a quality sandwich. You have a lot of quality looking grinders in your report. I know, you now know what makes a great grinder……..I’m not sure you could ever describe how good these are to someone who never had one.
