Great pics! I think the meatball may have to next on the list for me based on your note. I love a good Italian combo, but I’d end up dismantling it and only using maybe half that meat, the ratio to bread is just too much for me.

That’s exactly what my father did with his half of the sandwich….took half the meat off and saved it for a second sandwich later.
