Looks interesting – the bread appears somewhat oily on top? I have to say on my Italian grinders I like lettuce, tomato, peppers, AND onions, and when I make them at home I do toast them before adding the veg, I like them slightly heated up so the cheese melts. For me this particular one seems to have too much meat compared to the bread, especially since they have the roll hollowed out (and I do take off at least half the meat from Carbone’s grinders). I still have to try Zerio’s, which looks great from what you’ve posted earlier.
