Had to have that debate with myself just last night. This time I opted for just a bit of Sierra Nevada stout mustard and a couple of thin slices of Tillamook cheddar on a bun. Still a few slices left in the refrigerator, maybe this time I’ll go for the Stubb’s barbeque sauce. In any case, sliced thin, but not too thin. Lunch is calling, gotta go. JAMESB
