A Roadfood member recommended, Emeril’s Most Kicked Up Meatloaf Ever. This meatloaf, in my opinion is the best!
The next day it still retained a pate texture. Pure heaven for a sandwich. Rich, moist, and alive with flavor.
I did substitute turkey for veal. Next time the bacon will be cooked before adding. It did not crisp up.
Ketchup, mayo, honey mustard, a thick slab of cold meatloaf on Dave’s Killer Bread. Yum!
