Since the connection between hot dogs and The Civil War seems to escape most of who have logged onto this thread, please explain this for us. Most of us would probably understand the connection between a staple like Salt Pork and The Civil War, but hot dogs seem to be a real stretch here. Can you enlighten us as to the connection here?
