Southern Ohio, Northern Kentucky, West Virginia is a region. When Skyline went into Florida, it lost it’s claim to be a regional chain. A chain is a chain is a chain. You can’t have it both ways. The statement so many on this list make that chains are evil (unless you like their food) is just wrong.
