We used to have a few Hard Times Cafes in Baltimore, and you could get Cincy Chili there. Oddly, I never thought to try Cincy Chili until I visted Cincy about ten years ago. Anyway, we no longer have Hard Times in Baltimore…at least as far as the cafe goes…so I don’t know where I can get a bowl of Cincy Chili.
