Good recipe Russ, thanks! That sounds about like what what I did except I used celery salt instead of regular salt. I might have used more that 1/2 tsp? And, I used vermicelli cooked in just enough water, with butter, salt, and pepper. And I put most of the cheese under the chili. Just enough on top for show. I just can’t resist changing things a bit. :~)
