ann, This is what hubby has been doing since being diagnosed diabetic a few months ago since having the sandwich AND the Fritos would be too carb-heavy. He trades the bread carbs for Fritos carbs! As long as he still gets some Fritos with his tuna salad, he doesn’t even mind it not being a sandwich.
