I’ve really developed a craving for something I haven’t had since my childhood. When I was a kid, we used to go out for chinese food and often ordered pressed duck——deep-fried rectangles of pressed duck meat with (I seem to remember) either sweet & sour or plum sauce. Anyone else remember it—–and/or like it? I can’t seem to find anyplace around L.A. that still has it. Is it a thing of the past? Or do any places in your area (especcially SF) have it? Help!
