I used to work at th Lorelei in Islamorda, and they used to make a killer bbq chicken salad… The had a BBQ on sundays and then took the leftover chicken, IF there was any that wasnt sold, and on Mondays, had a BBQ chicken salad over greens or sammich the next day.. It was pulled off the bones and then mixed just like making regular chix salad….
They sustained quite a bit of damage and flooding from hurricane Wilma and are due to re-open around the middle of December…
