For Memorial Day I bought some precooked port ribs (I believe they were Lloyd’s brand). They were alread covered in sauce and I wrapped them in alum. foil and heated them on the grill for about 20 minutes. I got them at Publix’s for $9 a slab. Believe it or not they were very good. My son really enjoyed them. Though I prefer to grill them ourselves these were good for a quick fix. I also had fresh boiled corn on the cob and I made baked beans.

I’ve often looked at those but the darn things are about $17.00 here. Sam’s Club use to do racks of ribs as well as chicken, they were not at all bad but must not have been a good seller, they no longer do them.

Ever think about getting a small smoker like a Weber or Char Griller? They are not terribly expensive and turn out some great food.
