Danimal, the place sounds great. The next time we’re in the area, we’ll have to give it a try. Last year, the Shogun Japanese restaurant opened in downtown Racine. They have a wonderful sushi bar, as well as the hibachi grill tables. The place is packed for weekday lunches and weekend evenings. FYI, I’m back selling hot dogs & Polish on Saturday’s. We’re located at the Lakefront Brewery in Milwaukee in the Brewer’s Hill neighborhood on the Milwaukee river. We vend for the Saturday tours. The tours are for families too. I want to be sure I’m there and not subject you to another Jake’s incident. Jake’s is less than 10 minutes from our location and you could always get some corned beef and a rye bread to go. OTOH, the sometimes close early on Saturday’s because they sell out of product.
