I made this a few weeks ago and it was pretty easy. I used the recipe found on site here, roasted the meat on Sat., placed it in the fridge overnite, then sliced it thin and placed in the crock pot on low all day with the broth and pan drippings (I added beef broth also). We lucked upon some great rolls from Costco – they were very hard on the outside and soft inside, which held up to the dipping. Made my own gardinera and peppers. It was a hit on Sun. evening.
