I agree with Jim Ross: keep onions and cheese off the sandwich, but make sure they thoroughly soak both sides of the roll, and take lots of extra napkins. Eating in the car is a no-no with a juicy beef sandwich. One needs to be sitting over a table to thoroughly enjoy the experience and avoid catching the drippings on your clothes.
