I was at the first store open and my thinking it was an H Salt seafood clone, the recipes and operation was first rate.
First national roll out for a chicken wing was their Peg Legs in their Treasure chest dinner.
Biggest mistake was doing away with the peg leg and changing fish portion size.

Since Pizza hut took over it s been down hill, but what do they know about the restaurant business.
