Thanks so much Blizz! Sounds great! Yep, thats green chili. I must try making a batch. The green chili stew has more stuff in it.

I use that green enchilada sauce for a pork and rice dish I make. Just Liptons spanish rice, pork roast, onions, bell peppers, whatever seasonings sound good, and the green enchilada sauce. Easy and not bad.
