I too, love JB’s videos, and his most special sense of style. And darn, he surely loves his food. It is apparent in the gusto in which he loves presenting his food, and he and his family, eating it.
I am lost on the "sructure" of the lasagna issue………mine may have not looked pretty, but for the most part, they tasted d*** good!
Runny sometimes, and solid, the others….
I usually go with ricotta, but for health reasons, consider cottage cheese as a nice alternative. I always use fresh mushrooms, Italian parsley, garlic, etc. And the best Italian sausage. CHAO
