If you have the funds for the overhead of starting a personal commissary, I say go for it. And for the most part, ya, you can do it in a commercial zone. But you should seriously research some church’s, VFW’s, or possibly local bars and restaurants (mom and pop style)… Sure would cut down on overhead, taxs, and mainly headaches.
