some commercial zoning is for industrial use, some for retail, some for other…
so it makes a difference. like vic said, may as well go ahead and open a retail restaurant, for that kinda dough! it will cost you quite a penny, to start from scratch, with the building costs, the inspections, then the price of stainless. not to mention copper as gone through the roof! just for the electric, it will set you back 20-30k easy! plumbing? man, you got a 6 figure idea. do it if you can, but simply, search for a mom and pop. maybe it would be cheaper to convery your own kitchen, or a similar room in youe house.
