Y’all, I recognized the "family" resemblance right away!

Signman, St. Louis-style pizza is basically thin-crust, made with provolone, cut in little squares. Joekirkwood talked more about these in his St. Louis tread, and gave some good places to try:

And Sundance, Mr. Mayor is right, my second plate was as big as my first. I also fit in a couple of ham biscuits, some rhubarb pie, strawberry shortcake, and blackberry cobbler. All washed down with sweet tea! [:p][:p]
