I was referring to when i broil it at home. That’s why i threw in the bit about George Foreman. I thought that’s what this thread was about
I see… I thought you were referring to broiled in general. I’m usually a bigger fan of grilling at home myself too, but using the technique in the link I posted above I’ve been able to create a pretty damn fine "steakhouse" ribeye at home. Try it sometime… it’s worth it.
