This guy (whose name is Guy) was brewer and part owner of a now defunct brewery in the Poconos. He used to call the Union Pork Store early in the week and order a couple hundred pounds of their bratwurst. He would then make the roundtrip early on a Saturday and have a giant party outside the brewery Saturday afternoon. Beer and brats. It doesn’t get any better.
