I simmer the Brats in Beer, Onions and Sauerkraut and I add Caraway seeds too. Then you Grill Them and if you’re not going to serve them right away, put them back into the Beer mixture. Serve with the onions & kraut and a good dark German mustard and Horseradish if you like it. Also works good on a pile of Mashed Potatoes, if it’s an elegant Dinner Party!![;)][}:)][8D]
