I like to bring a pot of water to a boil (some suggest beer; I have yet to try this) turn off the gas and let simmer for 10 minutes. Then I put them on the griddle or outside gas grill and cook till well done. I top them with some spicy horseradish mustard (Pulaski’s is great) and some German sauerkraut with wine that is available at most German butchers.
