Heaven Hill is distilled in Bardstown, KY. At the distillery the company runs the Bourbon Heritage Center that offers tours of the place and some museum-type displays and a gift shop. It is a nice place to stop…close to Bardstown itself, and has one other outstanding feature. If you do the tour you then are invited to a great "Tasting Room" where samples of the various levels of Bourbon Products are available for a taste.

We find Heaven Hill to be quite adequate, especially at the bargain prices it sells for in the local markets. It is not Knob Creek, but it is Less than a quarter the price also.
