in Albany area, you might want to try Otis and Oliver’s located off of exit 6 of the Adirondack Northway (Rte 87). They may let you bring your dog on the deck as they have special doggie days every couple of months to raise money for a local rescue group…phone number is 518-785-9291 ask for the restaurant if they answer Cocca’s Motel..as it is located in it…if you do go there…chowder, ribs and pulled pork are wonderful…
