A shame what happened, really. We used to love the place, because we love side dishes. Especially the creamed spinach.

The company got too aggressive. Wanted too many locations too fast. Couldn’t manage the growth. Quality was very inconsistent and cleanliness went out the window. The last three times I was at the chain (at three different locations) it was a pigsty. An old college friend of mine was a regional manager for the company here in Cincinnati, and he said they just ran out of gas.

Once again, the accountants wreck a good idea. It was a great alternative to sandwiches when travelling the interstate system.
