Big Wally can be dressed Chicago style on a sausage and brat bun. Not so on a steamed S.Rosen poppy seed bun. I purchased one ten pound case of the dogs for this Saturday (20 dogs) and two packs of buns (12 to a pack). The buns come fresh from Chicago are available in packages of 8, 12, and 24. Unused buns can be refrigerated up to three weeks. The dogs come fresh from Vienna Beef in Chicago. Unused dogs can be frozen for over six months.
