One one of our train-chasing/watching/photographing expeditions we hosted a fellow from Sydney Australia…More as a Joke and anything my wife and I took him to a local OUTBACK Steak House. He cracked up over the menu descriptions of the entree’s.. Then I ordered the ‘Tall Foster’s brew and that was enough to send him into chuckles ! Apparently Foster’s is considered American Beer down-under…and not a good example at that. Yet here it sells at premium prices here in the U S A. He asked for (and received) some Victoria Bitters. A ‘for real’ Aussie Beer. I tried one and quickly acknowledged the considerable difference beween American and Aussie taste in brews![xx(]
