Gordon – There are plenty of beef places near Wrigley Field AND within walking distance. Try the Wiener’s Circle on Clark Street…they have good dogs AND beefs. I just tried calling them at the # below to confirm that they still sell Italian beefs….no answer. If you’re going to be walking around Wrigley after a Cubs game…beware of the thousands of ill-behaved drunkards wandering around the neighborhoods. But if you’re okay with the drunkards….you’ll have a blast.
