MFL – I agree that 48 is worth a stop.

Timmmmmmmm – I never knew Apple Holler had a restaurant worth trying. Thanks for the tip.

Jil&Gordon – Although Mader’s is a formal restaurant, I’ve seen many casual diners eat there (me included). The are not snooty and are happy to serve anyone. A MKE classic.
