I have to say …. Matt didnt introduce Seattle to Vienna Beef products. There were there long before him. But for some reason Seattle and most of the west coast for that matter have been very slow to appreciate a good hot dog. Matt’s timing was good as Seattle now is very cosmopolitan and a lot of midwest and easterners have moved there. Now good dogs are starting to catch on.
