I’ve got to agree, if you mean that these are some pretty off-the-wall selections. The only one I think I’d be able to order within a 500+ mile radius is egg salad.
Is brown bread and beans a sandwich? I mean, I have had it, lots as a kid, as leftovers from a franks & beans dinner, but it’s not something you can pick up in your hands and eat, at least not without a big plate under you and utensils and lots of napkins. We’d typically have it open-faced with a knife and fork, like beans on toast. I can’t remember seeing it on a menu without the requisite franks.
