Based on the cheese pimiento sandwich I had at Henpeck Market in Nashville last weekend, I went ahead and voted for that. Of course, then I remembered that my sandwich there had bacon on it, which kind of goes against the whole meatless topic of the poll. Oh well, I’m sure it would still be delicious even without the bacon.
