I used to like to ocassionally get a sub with provolone, swiss, munster and American cheese. With all the regular sub fixings (lettuce, tomato, oil & vinegar, seasonings) one hardly misses the meat.

My local sub shop’s specialty used to be a combo tuna salad /egg salad (big Catholic area- so I guess it was popular on Friday’s…) I only tried one once, but I think of ’em often…
