OK. Correct me if I am wrong. These M&C recipes all look great, but for me they don’t seem worth the effort just to serve M&C as a side dish. Is the idea to serve these as the entree? Pardon my stupidity if this is so. I have had & tried many M&C varities; some good. Living in the south as I do, however, would make M&C a low priority menu item for me; given the other and obviously "fresher" choices available.
