I bet, Davydd!!!. As a beer lover for over 40 years lite beer as a brand has escaped me…To ME,underline me, it is so weak as to be almost tasteless..best drunk ice cold when you’re simply thirsty and no water is around….and except for many microbrews, American beer,commercial anyway, is weak beer…Bud. is a skinny shadow of itself 50 years ago…as is Miller, Coors Etc…So as I said earlier, Lite beer brands of already lite tasting beer is strange to me and many people who appreciate the fine art of beer making…I don’t deny their love of what they’re drinking….it just doesn’t seem like good beer to me..underline me…and I guess the image of a tough guy drinking a weak beer befuddles many a mind…. Oh well..I guess that’s why so many brands and types are out there. Word in the industry is beer was weakened in the 60’s to appeal to the emerging female buyers…and I’ve heard that myself from people in the industry!So, whatever your preference, enjoy!
