Ok, for my 2 cents….. The Twisted Root Burger Company in Dallas.
Just across the street from the aformentioned, "Adair’s Saloon" on Commerce Street in the Deep Ellum section of Dallas.

I’d put Kincaid’s in Ft. Worth and now Southlake up there with Twisted Root. Never tried Adair’s.
