I have to say I love Wegmans. I used to shop at TOPS but I need a low sodium diet and Wegmans has TONS of Low Sodium things, including in their deli, "just plain roast beef" and "just plain turkey." Their produce section is fantastic too, usually with signs saying "this corn from XXXX farm, on Rt 31 in wherever." They tell you the name of the local grower they get the produce from.

When I asked about their low sodium bread, the manager phoned me at home not once but twice to let me know thye had the bread in stock and would save me a loaf.

Wegmans can be expensive for some things. In general I don’t buy my meat there unless its really a savings over TOPS. But most things in the general grocery are less expensive than TOPS.
