A good burger needs very little. I like large half pound burgers cooked medium rare with no seasoning. These burgers are so juicy they do not need mayo or any alterations of the condiment kind.
My seasoning is a couple slices of bacon and real cheese, not the processed stuff. A standard hamburger bun will not work. Have it on a large hard roll and you will have achieved burger perfection.
