It is a very simple game. When I am in New Mexico it is a green chili cheeseburger. When I am at home in Maryland, it is again a cheeseburger and I do not care what kind of cheese. It could be anything from american to brie. I love cheese on my burgers. The necessary items should be, for me, grilled onions and mayonaise. I do not understand the desire to have lettuce and tomato on the burger; I would rather have a salad and eat it with my burger.
